[HC] 7/8 static [LF] PLD for T12+ Raiding

We recently had our PLD position open up. Our static is currently at the last phase of Turn 12 and would like to solidify this PLD position soon to continue progressing. Our raiding schedule until we down Turn 13 is pretty aggressive: Every night we usually go from about 7PM EST- 11PM EST. We understand there are a night or two a week where people have stuff come up and we adjust according as long as proper notice is given to the team and it doesn't happen every week. We fully expect to down Turn 13 in the next couple weeks. We use teamspeak for our raids.
