Beastman Tribe Questions

Hey, I am an absolute noob when it comes to the Beastman tribes. I would like to get to the point where I can start receiving my weekly Ehcatl's, but I have no idea where to start or what to do. Does anyone have a general guide, or reddit link, that can get me at least started?
