Log Filters Not Filtering Correctly

Steps:

In the Log Filters, under the Announcements tab, I don't think the "Own Battle System Messages" and "Others' Battle System Messages" are working correctly. The Own Messages filter includes party member messages in addition to my own, and the Others' Messages doesn't include party members. This filter should be just my own message. I'm supposed to be seeing messages of only myself, like the example text for the filter shows, "You defeat the Shadow Lord." I should not be seeing the messages for every party member.
