Housing bug - Houses vanish

Steps:
1. Use Aetheryte in wards to teleport to/from subdivision
2. When arriving in the subdivision/main division of ward houses fail to appear and show the red box as they do if plot is unpurchased.

I've had this happen to me too. Went to look at my friends house and all his lawn stuff was there but it was like he didn't build a house yet. Reloading the area by zoning or logging out & in again fixed it for me, but still very strange bug O.o
