kicked out of game 90000 then 2002 error

Using a Laptop
Tethering from my Note 3 phone
Unable to access the game after 2.4 patch
No issues using my home network

I keep getting booted from game with a 90000 error Connection to server was lost, No reason as to why I get booted.

When I attempt to log into the game again, it closes with a 2002 error?

Edit to add that I am getting this when I use my phone to connect online to play. I have no issues with my other internet programs. just FFXiV log in server.

I'm wondering if its intentionally kicking me out due to having a different IP address? I'll know once I try at home and I'll up date this accordingly.

Update,

I was able to log in at home with my home network with no issues what so ever. But when I attempt to log in using my phone internet the Server lobby for some reason will boot me from the game and prevent me from reclogging into the game until I totally exit the game and attempt to re enter only to get booted again within secs.
Why is the server lobby monitoring my other connection and then kicking me out? It is not a packet issue or connection issue as it says in the lobby I have an excellent connection. I believe Square is preventing access if I use a different log in area then my usual location.. Can a rep verify if Square has implemented a new safe guard to monitor its players access into the game if logged in from a different location??

Also when I try to re log into game I get a 3102 error saying I'm already logged in and must wait....
