need help from ps3 to ps4 hotbar settings

When i played on ps3 I used to simply press R1 to go to/toggle my only two hotbars for my warrior. I had just two hotbars for him. And they would say set 1 and set 2. Now im on ps4 and It says set 1 and 8... just those two it says but I dont want it to say set 8 but rather set 2. How can I set it up back to the way it used to be on ps3 with it only saying set 1 and set 2? I've tried under character configurations but I cant seem to get it right..it doesn't give me what I want. Can some one please walk me through it step by step, option by option please, thanks

As far as I know, UI settings between the 3 platforms (PC, PS3, PS4) are not shared. You're going to have to manually change the abilities to be on bar 2. Holding either L2 or R2 and then clicking the touch pad will allow you to edit your crossbar.
