New crafting body Artisan-tier missing?

Time: Always since implementation of Patch 2.4

Steps:
1. Checked Auction House for listing.
2. Logged all the way out, then back in.
3. Checked sites that .dat mine like xivdb.com

With the implementation of Patch 2.4 and a multitude of crafting/gathering gear/off-hand upgrades, it seems that one piece is missing: The Artisan crafting body. To further note, why are the armor pieces of the new crafting/gathering sets only considered i60 while other pieces of the Artisan's/Forager's sets such as the head pieces, the mainhands, and the off-hands, are considered i70? It is very strange to implement new gear for both sets but to be missing a piece from one of them as well as the iLv's not matching up, so it seems to be a bug.

There was no body added. The legs, feed, and gloves are i60 because SE hates crafters.

the body will added in 3.0. It's a 5 star craft with 20 durability/ 50,000 quality that requires 20 behemoth horns, 50 odin mantles, and 600 sealants to make.

Don't forget it will be replaced by an item level 65 body in 3.1

Maybe because they wanted to keep crafting jobs having a unique look and distinction between your crafts that they didn't add the body piece? They gave us hands, legs, and feet, and we already have the spectacles. That means you have a single piece for all those slots. So that does save up a lot of space/room for those things.
