Sure, we have a long CD equanimity & surecast...
Sure, too great of diminishing returns on CI would further break PVP.
However, I think this would be a welcome addition to PVP if implemented properly.
Perhaps every CI reduces your next spell's cast-time by 10% up to a maximum of 50% or something along those lines.
Or after so many you're CI-immune for your next spell with a cooldown on the immunity effect.
This' a great idea... the interruptions get out-of-hand & make playing a caster a huge pain.
It does make sense. Otherwise why would someone take a caster in there when they can just take a melee?

Every so often becoming CI immune for a cast would be great.
I think it would be enough if aoes didn't interrupt. "Oh wow no one is targeting me, leats pewpew" and then bards aoe comes from nowhere interrupting that long fire 3 :((
^that'd be nice. It's annoying how AOE's can break NIN's hide in PVP.
Most of all, my original suggestion needs implementation.
It's NOT fun getting interrupted incessantly from every direction and surecast+equanimity are not eloquent solutions with their long CD's.
