WAR LF Serious FCoB Progression Static

I am looking for a group that takes raiding seriously and is determined to get these new turns down as quickly and efficiently as possible. I have downed t9 multiple times pre-patch, but have not yet set foot into the FCoB. However, I learn quickly. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. :)
Note: my ilvl as of writing this varies slightly. With full vit jewelry: i109. Full str jewelry: i110. Crafted + vit: i106. Crafted + str: i106. I currently have spent my 30 attribute points on strength, but have no problems going back to vitality when necessary. I have plenty of stat resets. :)
My raid times are (in EST):
Monday: 8:30ish-1am+
Tuesday: 6pm-2am+
Wednesday: 6pm until very late
Thursday: 5pm-2am
Friday: 6pm - all night
Saturday: All day
Sunday: All day
