T10 & 11 Clearing Static Recruiting for future NIN/MNK spot opening.

Looking for a future replacement for the NIN/MNK spot within my raid group. This spot will be opening within the next two - three weeks. This group is a very close knit that has been together since 2.0 for the most part. I am looking for an individual that excels in their job but maintains a pleasant positive attitude during raids.

Other Requirements;
- Must be i110(BiS) or greater in NIN and/or MNK.
- Cleared T9 multiple times; additional clears T10+ an asset.
- Make majority of raid times 9 pm EST most days (with some exceptions)
- Be able to communicate through Mumble with a mic.
- Contribute input on strategies during raid with a positive attitude.
- No raid only loggers.
