Really bad user interface issues

From time to time on PS4 it happens were the cursor blinks rapidly and i just cannot select anything. When i am finally able to with the touch pad i must hold down the arrow button (either left or right).
Last night several times i was running a dungeon and all of a sudden similar things happened, (rapid blinking) but i was trying to target enemies or even allies but i would just end up self targeting myself.
Had troubles exiting the instance and then logging off. Relaunched the game and did it again a few times so i rebooted both the system and the game and it seemed to have been better
