Rename Thread: Sticky: Feedback and Suggestions on the Game

I think it would be a good idea to rename that thread to Sticky: Forum Feedback and Suggestions. I know the topic covered by the thread specifically says that Feedback is for the website only, but the title possibly encourages people to post first and read later..

And there's a ton of rampant in-game stuff suggestions/rants being posted in here.

Also, can we make repeat in-game suggestion posts to Feedback a bannable offense?! :D It's hard to find any actual site feedback here at all.
