Minagawa took to the forums to respond to a user saying that they often have issues tracking the mouse cursor icon, especially during periods of hectic activity.

Awesome, I can't tell you how many times the mouse cursor just disappears into the background. There's other games I've seen that suffer from this same problem in the past, so I'm kind of surprised they are looking into a solution.
This makes me happy! I get this ALL THE TIME >:( makes targeting a specific enemy(which has same name as other enemies on enmity list) / or alliance member out of maybe 20-30 on the screen very difficult if I cant even see where the cursor is.
SO glad they are looking into a solution.
Maybe we could also get the cursor to autohide after a few secs for us gamepad users? Hate how i have to double-click Options-button on my DS4 to get rid of the cursor if I accidentally brush against the touchpad and activate the cursor.
