Ah, This is a picture of Yoshi-p claiming his rightful place as lord of darkness. The ghost of his predecessor is to the right of him, the man he crushed and overthrew. On the left appears to be an unholy match making of a mi'qote and a mushroom. symbolizing the abhorrent combination of his dark future and the growing flora of the past.
Ive no idea what it is, It just comes up with an image saying 4chan.org. Maybe save the image and upload it through image shack or some other image hosting website?

As far as I know it's a picture of one of the monsters from Haukkes Mannor.
He showed up with that Black Mage costume at London Fan Festival (you can even see the mic on his cheek), someone just edited it for the luls I guess.
