Missing Gear "insufficient space in inventory"

Missing gear after changing sets and recieving "insufficient space in inventory" message. After discarding a lv 30 common pants item. Then ilvl 110 Noct Breeches and Breeches of the Divine War are gone.

Missing gear
Hi all, I was wondering if anyone had experienced the bug where you change from one gear set to another ( in my case it was from NIN ilvl 103 to war ilvl 100) and an error comes up saying "insufficient space in inventory" and when you discard a lower level gear from a full set such as lv 30 common pants, when trying to change sets again, it removed two peices my gear - ilevel 110 Noct Breeches + ilevel 80 Breeches of the Divine War. The gear is gone, it's not anywhere! Is this a known fault?

I'd be pretty annoyed if it's gone completely after the time and effort gaining myth and soldiery.
