ninja glamour

hello,
since the ninja was added recently i did notice something a bit annoying. the lack of glamour ninja like.

indeed we do have the AF and the fuuma Armor from crystal tower. and for the weapon we do have the Yoshimitsu. but that all!

i do want to know if you can't add more armor, even if it's only level 1 item for glamour only, more ninja like for get us choice for the glamour. because recently most of the ninja i do meet use almost the same glamour.

i hope peoplewill support this and give idea of glamour that can be a nice add for later.

i will begin:
- give us a fuma armor without the big stuff on body armor, the one at the hips, when a ninja enter in fighting pose, the cliping is extreme. the armor by itself without this two part will look already very nice.
- let us get the ninja armor and weapon from the shinobi and kunoichi from Syrcus tower.
- add some choice of mask that cover only the mouth like edge
- finally add a barding for chocobo, because our chocobo too deserve to be a ninja!

the PVP armor is really Ninja-like, and is quite awesome.

err no, the helmet i a samurai helmet :x

i want to add something for the futur add of armor for the ninja. because it upset me a bit... please avoid long stuff at the hips of our character... it look like really really weird and bad. the poetic armor is nice when you stand, but when you are in fighting pose or use skill and jump it become messy...

ninja need freedom of movement and this poetic armor is... god is everything exept this, i love the skin... only when i don't fight.

Oh, I dunno how much more NIN you can get outside of the AF then... I know what you mean on wanting more NIN-like armor though, but regardless of the SAM influence in the PVP armor I still think it looks pretty badass lol.

Personally, I checked out the NIN PVP armor and hated it. Didn't really scream ninja to me at all.

I like the look of the Myth ilvl90 version of the Ninja gear.

people can argue that it's not really important as issue... but i feel it's sad to have a jobs with soo little choice for get a ninja look via glamour.
i know it's maybe ask a lot, but i really hope that for the futur when they will create an armor they will take in account the fighting pose for make the less weird or clipped possible.

so far the only..."usable" ninja armor is the AF, fuuma armor because of the stuff on the hips (that clearly too much if you want my mind, it was not needed, the armor was already looking amazing without this!), the poetic armor is clearly an armor for bard not for ninja... the long "skirt" make is unusable for the movement we do use with the jobs. it was one of my fear that the commons armor we will end... was the bard armor.

i really hope that for the futur ninja will get armor more adapted to them special fighting style....

ps: if you add glamour armor for the god sake... don't make it a 1-2-3-4 star... god we deserve more choice for our armor! don't make it cost us tons of gils.

i want to add something that i feel is important, for the futur, pretty please can we share the same model than monk armor, i means for the token armor... actually poetic is like this:

- Dragoon and monk share the same model but with different color, one use chainmail and the other one use leather armor :x
- bard and ninja share the same model but with different color, here the trouble is more about the weird look of the armor when you fight, the long skirt-thingy make the armor ugly, when it's an amazing armor.

for the futur make stuff like this:
- Monk and ninja share the same model but with different color, this two jobs rely on the freedom of movement and some flashy move.
- Bard and the futur gunner jobs share the same model but with different color, two ranged class that will probably goes well for both.
- Dragoon and samurai (soken did hint it) share the same model but with different color, both will probably wear chain mail and will match perfectly the two jobs.

we can argue that it's a ridiculous ask and all, but at the end of the day, what count the most for the player, the skin of them character, how they look while fighting or iddling... we can't have armor that look amazing while doing nothing and look crappy when we fight.

ps: even if i wish they do make armor for each jobs different, but i guess with the speed of release is not possible.

SE does that because MNK/DRG = STR , BRD/NIN = DEX , same goes for tanks (Vit) , HEalers (MND) and Casters (INT)

btw i agree with you , DRG and MNK Sharing gear is ugh....but SE didnt wanted to create another specific set this patch (see 2.2 sets)

p.d MORE KATANAS PLEASE , why every weapon is dagger but relic? we are ninjas dammit

we can't change what we have now, but we can ask for the futur to change this. it what i use this thread for, for ask stuff that can be added later.
