Known Issue after Patch 2.4 (Nov. 5)

The following issue has been confirmed to be occurring in Patch 2.4. The issue is being addressed, and we ask for your patience and understanding as we resolve this promptly.

[Known Issue]

- It is possible to stable your chocobo at both your free company house and personal house at the same time.

When a chocobo is stabled at each stable, separate data is created. Although the All Worlds Maintenance (Nov. 5) will resolve this issue, if you have tended to your chocobo at either stable under these circumstances, we ask that you please follow the steps below to fetch your chocobo.

- If you tended to your chocobo stabled at your personal house:
Fetch your chocobo from your free company house stable. You will only be able to fetch your chocobo from your personal house after the fix, and the data for the chocobo stabled at the personal house stable will be used.

- If you tended to your chocobo stabled at your free company house:
Fetch your chocobo from your personal house stable. You will only be able to fetch your chocobo from your free company house after the fix, and the data for the chocobo stabled at the free company house stable will be used.

Additionally, if you leave your chocobo stabled at both locations, only your free company house-stabled chocobo’s data will be saved.
