DRG110,WAR110 looking for static

Heya, I'm sort of searching for a static for t10+ progression
General note: I got t10 down to about 30% and can handle all the mechanics that come at the group.
But here I am, my static falling apart searching a new home for myself.
I got Dragoon and Warrior(both i110), as the title of this topic alrdy states so self-explanatory.
Dragoon: My main and thus I got most exp with it, but I'm lacking my high allagan spear (due to the circumstances metnioned in my introduction).
Warrior: I'm used to offtanking instead of maintanking during most fights up to current content (no tanking exp on t10/shiva x yet), so I can grab adds with ease, or so I'd like to tell myself.

As for my character in general: I have every class except ninja at 50(work in progress), and can play Dragoon, Warrior, Monk, Bard pretty well, I also am able to play Paladin, but I'll definitely refuse to main this one.

I'm a pretty adaptable person in general, so give me a job and I'll do it with german precision (yes I am one of those).

and here are some additional infos about me:
- TS3 available (English/German)
- extensive knowledge about the game
- every crafter 3 star (working to improve that)
- hobby fisher (ingame)
- I'm mostly not actively on ts, unless some ppl I relate to are there
- I'm more of a quiet person
- I'm not willing to immediately join the FC, but rather wait 1-2 weeks depedning on how I get around witht he members of the group

last but not least I have a little request; my main is dragoon, so I'd prefer to get a spot as that, if that's not possible I'd like to still get the left hand side loot from the coil, with priority (unless the group has a dragoon, in that case he has priority ofc)
