Creating a new coil group(SCoB and FCoB + primal)

Hi everyone! I'm looking to put up a coil group that is gonna raid between 1 pm and 8 pm server time, i'm not looking for people with all kill on T6 to T9 if you have exp that is perfect, if we need we gonna try to farm what we need (ST, primal and scob) The group is usually gonna raid on weekday, from monday to friday, we will determine what days when the group is gonna be up. I'll be looking for people with a ilvl near 100. The group has to be not shy, and not effraid to wipe for learning(ex: T10) and i'm looking for a good team spriritand a long term group. I'm looking to put up the group by the next week and start raiding on november 10.

Little bit myself... Im generally very friendly player who is not shy to talk (on mic, even with my louzy Finnish accent^^). I have the patience for wiping nor I mind wiping. You could say I'm mature, or atleast I do myself think so -.-

As for my game progression.. I have basically no exp with SCoB apart from 2 wipes in T6. Altho I have cleared all primals, execpt Shiva but that should happen any day by now.
