Shadowstalker trair does not increase movement speed under Stealth

Steps:
1. Have a Rogue with level less than 32 and one with a level of at least 32
2. Decide a distance to travel (from waymark A to B for example)
3. Activate Hide
4. Both players take time while moving the set distance
5. You notice there is no difference between the times, despite the higher level one having the shadowstalker trait.
6. The trait seems to increase the potency of Sneak Attack instead.

Edit: Japanese tooltip confirms it, it increases potency of SneaK attack, has nothing to do with speed.
