Lost Levels in all my Disciplines

I wasn't sure where to post this. I tried posting a ticket but I haven't had a response yet.

I started playing this game (on my PC) back during the beta testings. I played with friends and when the game was ready for release I bought the collectors edition. I had gotten several of the disciplines into the teens, twenties and thirties.

I had to leave the game for a while and now all my disciplines are really low. I've been having to redo quests and explore areas I know I had explored when the game was release. I know this was not during the beta testing time but after release. Is there some way to get my levels back?
