Weekly cap reset

I fell asleep while queued for a few primals to cap my weekly poetics and do my ninja relic quest. When I woke up it was just before midnight, and I figured I didn't have enough time to wait for a queue for all primals so I decided to do an expert roulette. Seeing as how servers reset cap at 1:00 a.m. but... today when I finished my dungeon at 12:23 am the servers had already reset the weekly cap limit and i missed out on 17 allegan tomestones of poetics.

My guess is the servers didn't switch to daylight savings time. I would like an advanced warning next time, if the servers aren't going to reset at 1:00 a.m. PT anymore. :(
