Old School FFXI (Ramuh) player looking for FC

Old school FFXI veteren here (2003-2007). I was a well known tarutaru on Ramuh. Extensive gaming experience across genres, including the competitive scene. Ive often founded and lead my own guilds in games. However, Im a bit burnt out leading, and all the time investment that comes with it, and wish to enjoy just being a member somewhere. I have extensive experience with end game raiding and mechanics.

In real life I am a 31 year old country boy. I live in the sticks, and enjoy the freedom and peace and quite. Im a laid back player; Im not generally aggressive but I like to do things properly. I like to play with people who understand how to play their class and how to play in a team. Im easy to get along with, but hate immaturity or elitist attitudes.

Im looking for a friendly close knit guild who is mature, and populated with mostly older players (23+). Players who are competent but not cocky and arrogant. Selective in recruting - no zerging - no oversized guilds etc.

Bumping my own thread here. Im level 50 paladin now, and 50 Goldsmith. Ive completed the main story line as well, and have begun the 2.1 storyline. All paladin quests completed and started on relic weapon quest line. I went ahead and unlocked all the level 50 dungeons at one time the other day and am trying to get everything on the duty finder unlocked and set to put it on farm status. All I lack atm is unlocking all the Hard/extreme primals. Still without an FC at the moment, though getting tons of blind invites. Holding out for a good FC that meets my needs.
