Dying twice in a row does not prompt the raise pop-up

Steps:
1. Die and get a raise, accept it
2. Re-die instantly (in this case, to Heavensfall tower, not sure if it's linked to this specific mechanic)
3. You will see the "raise timer" ticking down but no window to accept/wait/decline the raise.
4. If you wait the end of the timer and get another rez, you will not see the popup either.
