Character wasn't properly transfered from 1.0 to ARR

It's really annoying, more than year passed and i still geting same replies from support.
Go to bug forum blah blah blah, or to achievement npc.

The titles I earned in 1.0 aren't available to me.

Steps:
I logged into the game, noticed that the titles I should have earned from 1.0 didn't appear under my profile sub-pane on my character screen.

I spoke with Jonathas (NPC responsible for achievement rewards) in Old Gridania as someone suggested to me, this didn't fix the issue.

I noticed that I'm not only, not receiving my 1.0 titles but I'm also missing some of the titles that carried over and are available in ARR .
