Make Fanfest Extreme Primal Wheel Challenge part of the Duty Roulette?

I don't know how many people would agree with me, but I think that'd be a really cool idea. Make a Duty Roulette for a random EX Primal challenge.

You of course mean too that you would need a clear of all the Primals before it would unlock.
