The in game description of the level 50 Armorer skill, "Piece by Piece," is "Increases remaining progress by 1/3"

At 0/801 progress on an item, for example Silver Brocade by Weaver, you have 801 remaining progress.

801 times 1/3 is 267. The skill only gives 264.

From there, you have 264/801 progress, 537 remaining. 537 times 1/3 is 179. The skill gives 177 at this point.

It does the same on other recipes, with different progress amounts. This was not the case before 2.4 came out, when it did actually give 1/3 of remaining progress.
