Trial Duty Roulette

I have submitted a ticket to the game masters, and apparently they cant do anything. I am having an issue with the Trial roulettes. Although I have done every single trial there is, I am locked out of doing the duty roulette trials. I looked and it showed the Battle of the Big Bridge as showing 3 ???.. I have done this trial numerous times, but I went ahead and did it again tonight after sitting in que for a half-hour. Once it was done, I looked to see if it was open to me now, but no...It shows the battle of the big bridge as still uncompleted. So I submitted a ticket to the GM, but apparently they can do anything to resolve this, and I'm not going to keep wasting time on this when it wont register that I have done..(SEVERAL TIMES) Even Shiva, which I have only done a couple times is showing as open. So....I am sitting here unable to do the trials, and not being able to accumulate poetic tomes, because of some glitch/screw up on my account or game client. This is very frustrating.

Also...on my account, none of the second coil is available to me through duty finder. All of the second coil is locked to me, although I have done the first and most of the second coils. Why??? I thought it was now a duty finder instance, but no..apparently its locked..or only to me its locked. I feel kind of crippled in the game right now, and my ability to get my weekly tomes has been hindered. What exactly can the GMs of this game do except write back a response telling us to submit to the forums?? I did the the Battle of the Big Bridge, before I even contacted a GM, and then only contacted one after I got out and it still was locked. I was willing to do it again, to try unlock it, before I reported it, and I get sent to the forums. It's extremely frustrating when you can't actually get LIVE help, especially since I did the trial (Again I might add) just to try and resolve it myself first.

Have you done "The Dragon's Neck"? It is a part of the new Hildibrand quests, and is requred for Duty Roulette: Trials.

As for Coil it isn't really locked. You can only queue into 2nd Coil with a full party using the Duty Finder at the current moment. Later down the road it should open up like the 1st Coil where you can just queue up on your own. The duty finder should say - "Following requirement not met: Eight players only (no role requirements)" which translates to Full-Party Only. Also just as Mholito has said you need to unlock "The Dragon's Neck" before the Duty Roulette: Trails will open up again. Anytime there are ???'s on the list it means you haven't unlocked all the content for that particular roulette. So for 2.4 you needed to unlock "Shiva HM", and "The Dragon's Neck". There was nothing wrong with your account. Now if Duty Roulette: Trails still isn't unlocked after completing "The Dragon's Neck" then I would post here what trails it shows on your list for Duty Roulette Trails to pinpoint any others you might be missing for some reason.

Thank you guys! I hadn't got around to doing the Hildebrand quests as I was waiting for a friend to do them with, and he is out of town atm. I will definitely give that a shot when he comes back! Thanks so much for the input, I really hadn't considered it would be tied to Hildebrand somehow. Thanks for the info on coils also, as I thought they were supposed to be opened up like first coil is, my mistake there. Will definitely get those quests done this week, so it will open up the roulette for me. Thanks so much for th info!
