Absolutely blown away!!
I recently finished the main scenario for patch 2.4 and i want to leave this thread here to say it was absolutely superb.
Whomever wrote this story line, should always be in charge of the write up for future patches.
The camera actions, world overview during story telling about Ishgard, the gripping struggle as I hunted down information and all the references to actually who my character was in relation to the story all shown brightly.
Not once did i feel any of my actions in the story were meaningless or of low importance. Each character in the story showed a great deal of concern for what was happening, so on and so forth.
I cannot speak words enough to express my appreciation of this most recent story line in the unfolding of the outcome of the struggle upon Eorzea and her people.
Thank you Square-Enix, you have done a most wonderful job.

I'm dead serious. If you couldnt enjoy this most recent story then i dont know what to tell you.

I did highly enjoy the 2.4 story arc. It brought some nice subtle dread tones into an otherwise "everything works out in the end" story so far.

Valmar, wanna use your words like a big boy intead of posting like a typical 4channer?
As for the actual topic at hand, I've been enjoying it a good bit too, in particular Nanamo's plan as revealed at the end. I was worried that it might start to drag after Praetorium but I've been generally happy with it throughout.

In generally happy with the story. I'm sad for Nanamo but maybe she will get the position in the end as well.

I enjoy the main storyline all the way through the game so far including the latest quests from 2.4. However 2.4 quests and story was not really that much better than the rest and certainly not amazing. I consider the entire story 'good' so far from the day arrive in your first city to the end of story in 2.4 at the moment...it's all good but equally good, nothing in latest patch blew my mind, it was just as good as the rest of the previous storyline has been.

You're easy to impress that's all I can say.
