Issue with NPC dialog-window positioning

Issue: I noticed that the NPC dialog-window had moved itself partially off-screen. When trying to move it back into position I had to move it way up, past where I actually wanted it to be, for it to register and then it still would be placed a little lower than where I actually had left it as the dialog-window refreshed.

Additionally, moving the NPC dialog-window did not change the position of it during cutscenes. Currently I do not know of any way to move the NPC dialog-window during cutscenes and have to live with it being partially off-screen. I have talked to several other PS4-players who suffer from the same issues.

Suggestion: Add an NPC dialog-window option in the HUD-layout for users to move around and scale however they want and that changes the position of the dialog-window in both cutscenes and regular play.
