No Registration Email for PC download.
So, like most other user's I've ordered Final Fantasy XIV for the PC, Digital download and have come to the horrible realization that I have not received my code in the email, or an email at all in the past 6 hours. Googling the issue, only seemed to stress me more, as I've come to find out many other customers found themselves without ever receiving their emails but were billed just like I was.
I've seen many people open threads saying that its taken over a week for customer support to get back to them. And many saying that they were responded to with a cluelessness of any purchase having ever been made. AKA, SE had no record of the purchase but the money was still taken out of the account.
Has anyone else on here ran into this problem and had it resolved, or have any recommendations on what to do [ call/ticket/cancel order etc.]
