Ok, help out a lost returning player!

Really, I'm lost! I played at launch, got my Th up to 30 and completed the Black Mage quests, then gave it up. Now I'm coming back, wandering around and I'm hopeless. I guess I'm looking for a guild/LS to take on a newb and teach me how to play the game right. A friendly group of players who don't mind casual gaming.

I will be playing for seven days, then I go away to work for seven. During that time, the GF will likely play my account, but she's more into the crafting, which works perfect because I'm not lol
