Needing More Info about this DF Lockout Penalty

When your DF queue pops and you hit withdraw or let the time run out 3 times you get the standard 30 min penalty and after that a single withdraw or time expires will again give you a 30 min penalty and the old penalty method is still in effect where if you are the first to leave a duty you get hit with the 30 min penalty. The reset for your 3 chances is at 9 am pst everyday.

If you leave 3 times and get the lockout does that reset your count? Or will you get the lockout again if you leave a 4th time?

Once you trigger the penalty, you get the 30 minute lockout everytime you Withdraw/timeout until the reset. But most shouldn't be triggering this that often for it to be a problem.
