The Ahk Aah Amphitheatre (Extreme) - PS3 freezing

There is already a tread about this but no one has posted a proper template as of yet. About 5 minutes into the fight after she does her first AoE the console will 'freeze' causing the player to reset the console. This happens every time.

Time: Tuesday 28th October 2014, around 7pm
Frequency: Always
World name: Ragnarok (legacy server)
Character name: Selena Valariaux
NPC name: None
Monster name: Shiva (extreme)
Class/Level: level 50 Summoner
Party or solo: 8 man party
In-game time: 7pm server time
Area and coordinates: The Ahk Aah Amphitheatre (Extreme)
Steps:
1. Load game and login
2. Join The Ahk Aah Amphitheatre (Extreme) in Party Finder
3. Game freezes after first major AoE
4. Turn the console off and re-log back into game
5. Return to party and start fight again
6. Repeat of steps 3-5
