No voice in cutscenes, other sound issues

Unable to hear voice in cutscenes. :(!

Steps:

Watch voiced cutscene. There is no voice. There was voice earlier today, but no longer voiced (same main story quest cutscene). Relogging does not fix issue. Watching cutscene at the inn does not restore voice. Further cutscenes involving the main story quest for 2.4 are not voiced.

Loss of sound effects when camera is close to character. Zooming camera in causes loss of sound. Example, /yes has affirmative voice to coincide with the nodding motion, zooming in only shows the nodding motion. Zooming in silences chocobo running sound effects, which are restored when zooming out. Same with any action. Listening position set to 100 on character side. Relogging does not fix issue.
