Tataroga's Glamour Shop?

Has anyone gain access to it? For me, Tataroga doesn't have any shop up in Revenant's toll.
Wonder if there is a requirement for it?

It looks like you have to do these quests first.
Then you can buy stuff from Tataroga in Mor Dhona (22-6)

So, then how does a non-crafter obtain the items used to be able to hide accessories?

Right now it seems like we can't, which sucks. I don't see why I need to be a lvl 50 crafter to make stuff invisible for glamour...

You know what check and see if you can do these as a level 50 DOW of DOM.
I changed to my WM to see if I could turn it in and I couldn't, but stupid me my WM isn't level 50 so you might be able to do it as any level 50.

I poked that npc yesterday on 50 BLM, according to the quest description box that popped up you have to be a Lv 50 DoH class to start the quest. At least my GSM isn't that far off. :/

Yeah, I wish someone had some information on these items. I would love to get some to hide certain accessories.

SE, would you be able to provide any information on how these new Emperor pieces work?
