Didn't get gold dye

So i heard we were suppose to get 4 pots of metallic gold dye, i logged in today for the first time in a while and i didnt have anything in the mail :/ is it because i didnt log in before the patch?

You had to log in before a specific date to receive them. If you didn't get any then I'd guess you missed the window.

They're fixed though, you can get them through quick ventures now (I got them).

Retainer should be iLVL80+ though, from what I hear.

You needed an active subscription during the window they said they screwed up with, sorry. :(

well my sub was paid the whole time, guess I had to actually log in though

you needed to send your retainers out on ventures during the time of the F'up for SE to send you the Gold Dye

Is your mailbox maybe full? delete some letters

Not actually true. Haven't sent retainers on a single venture, but still got the dye on both characters of mine for logging in during that timeframe.
