Sastasha Hard 2nd boss Musket Spam.

So anyone learned how to stop the Musket Buff spam for the 2nd Boss in Sastasha Hard mode?

I can't figure out what the group need to do to make him stop shooting at his target since there is no cover to hide behind or proper hints to a way to stop him.

Damage him. As quickly as possible

This guy is scary. We lost both dps when he started spamming, and I was left alone with the healer and all the adds. We managed to kill the adds, but couldn't damage him enough to even make him stop his spam. And we had been dpsing him for a good three minutes.

Then the healer ran out of mana, and all hell broke loose.
