Special hats changed or missing?

I unlocked ROG just a few minutes ago (I know, I'm slow) and went to my armoire to get my EXP boosting hats for it.

First I found that I couldn't find my friendship circlet (the feathered headband from referrals that boosts your exp up until level 25). I searched the armoire, my inventory and my armoury chest quite thoroughly numerous times each. I've also found out that it can't be retrieved from the Calamity Salvager. There is a 0% chance that I'd throw this item out, it definitely would have gone into my armoire with the others for when the well known future classes would come out.

Then, I found that the Helm of Light has lost its Dex boost in exchange for the Moogle Cap's Mnd stat. Moogle Cap used to be for mages with +1 Mnd and +1 Int, while the Helm of Light used to have +1 Dex and +1 Str. Now they've traded half their stats.

Has SE been messing with these things secretly? I can find no mention of them in the patch notes. Anyone else found strange things like this?

Moogle Cap and Helm of Light have never changed, the Moogle Cap has always been 1 DEX 1 INT and the Helm of Light has always been 1 STR 1 MND.

You sure your Friendship Circlet isn't on a retainer or something?

If you stored your moogle, onion helm, etc in your armoire, it should be in the "Extras" section of the armoire.
