Current Known Issue Occurring After Patch 2.4 (Oct. 28)

Currently, we have confirmed the following issue. The issue is being addressed, and we ask for your patience and understanding.

[Current Known Issue]
- An issue wherein a player may be unable to remove their chocobo from a chocobo stable.

*If your chocobo was housed in a chocobo stable prior to Patch 2.4, and you try to open the Companion Tab or summon your companion after Patch 2.4, you may receive the message “Your chocobo is lost,” but you will still be able to fetch your chocobo from the stable in this state.

However, if you speak to the NPC “housing enthusiast” while your chocobo companion is stabled, you may become unable to remove them from the stable. Therefore, we ask that you avoid speaking with the housing enthusiast while you fetch your chocobo from the stable.

*If your chocobo is housed in a stable on your own personal estate, or if you stabled your chocobo after Patch 2.4, this issue will not affect you.

*For those who have already become unable to remove their chocobo from the stable, we ask for your patience while we investigate and address the issue.
