The servers haven't offically gone live yet, their status hasn't changed on the lodestone or the launcher. Did you make it into the game world or did you hit an error before that?

Yea and it's unfair they don't pay for a long time then come back to act you no what it's not them it's all on SE this is stuff they need to plan for
