Can't give you any info on whether it'll be translated or not, but it's not a traditional LL, it's just a reading of the patch notes live. So even if it's not translated, you'll be able to check out what they're reading on the Lodestone shortly after/during.

Really sucks how a lot of these videos come out with no translation/captions. "Its just the patch notes man!" Yeah whatever we should still be able to hear/read what they are saying. They arent simply going down the list not having any kind of convo about the changes. We all shouldnt have to miss out just cause we dont speak Japanese. Its not a Japanese only game, and that should be taken into consideration.
