Returning Player Looking for Shell

After waiting several years for the game and even buying the collectors edition i decided to take break after a couple months of playing to let Square fix the bugs make the game more playable. When i look back i did really enjoy the game whilst playing but what it lacked the most was people to play with, so this time i want to make sure i dont have the same problem :).

I am not a very high level as i re-created my character not long before taking my break, so just looking for a social Shell based in Europe to enjoy the game with and to show me the ropes.
