Chocobo didn't level after eating Thavnarian Onion

Hello! I would like to report a bug regarding the level of my Chocobo. I fed my bird Thavnarian Onion expecting him to grow to 12 but he didn't increase in level and still retained his current level 11:( It also won't let me train him with krakka roots or any other food afterwards. Kindly refer to attached image.

Please help me remedy this bug. Thavnarian onions are really time-consuming to grow. I contacted support in game but noone responded so I'm posting here..Pls help!!:(

2. Expect it to be level 12 after eating.

Take it out and kill something level 48-50, it will level then.

Doesn't even need to be that level. If all the player's exp has been thru stable feeding and they cap, one kill even of a lvl 1 mob will level the chocobo, after which an onion will break the cap to the following level.

Working as intended. You are even warned when feeding the onion (or other greens for that matter) will have no effect.

Thank you for your replies. However I have already done that step before I even posted to the forums. After I fed the thavnarian onion to my chocobo and I saw that he didn't level, I went to Mor Dhona and killed a mob. My chocobo still didn't level. So I returned him to the stables and see if I can feed him a Krakka or Sylkis buds to hit level 12 and thats when I got the message. So this isn't working as intended. This is a bug.

Would appreciate some feedback from admins, thank you!!
