EST HC Static LF Healer for serious 2.4 progression

EST time hardcore static looking for 1 healer to fill our remaining spot. Can be both WHM/SCH (preferably SCH). We have T9 down and are looking to seriously progress in 2.4.

Must meet the following criteria:
*Very flexible schedule (be free from 7PM-12AM)
*Independent (be able to craft your own raid consumables)
*Have T9 win
*Have or be very close to having BIS gear and ready for 2.4 (Nexus/HA weapon)
*Very tolerant to pressure/stress of high endgame raiding and progression
*Trying to be the first/get content done very fast type of oriented mindset
