<HISTORIA> recruiting for Third Coil static
Greetings! HISTORIA <<BEES!>> is recruiting for our third coil static!
FC membership is not required, but you are more than welcome to join should you become a member of the static.
Currently Looking for:
Caster DPS (Preferably has both SMN and BLM with strong knowledge of both)
Tank (Paladin main, DPS offspec is a huge plus. Knowledge of warrior mechanics is a plus)
Two healers (Need both a SCH and a WHM currently, DPS offspecs are a plus)
Bard (other jobs are always a plus, but expect to play bard 99% of the time)
Raid times will be 7-11 pm EST 3 days a week, days are still negotiable except for Tuesday. We're looking for extremely active players that are online beyond listed raid times. All of the current members of the team are online 10+ hours a day most days. More raid days may be added throughout the week if enough people are online. Listed raid times are only for coil.
You must have: TS3 and a working mic, a stable internet connection, a positive attitude and a willingness to play multiple jobs outside your designated role (This means if you play melee/ranged dps you should also have the other leveled and be willing to gear/play it if a certain fight should lend itself more to one than another.) The same applies to tanks and healers.
What you don't need: A specific iLvl, previous raid experience in XIV or other MMO's. If you feel that you have the skill and mind set to raid yet were never given the chance due to lack of experience now is your chance to prove yourself.
You must be a self starter. Your primary interest should be progressing through the most difficult content available. If your attitude is "I don't care about Savage Coil because there isn't any better loot." Then this is not the raid team for you.
I'm looking for vocal and extremely active players that can do more than just take instructions. You will be expected to add your voice and opinions on strategy and possible improvements to group comp for each encounter. This of course means you must be willing to accept and try other peoples strategies as well. A strong group is the sum of it's members, not just a competent raid leader.
you will be expected to have every possible cross-class skill available to your main job, to know your job Mechanically inside and out. To always have the best possible food and potions ready to go and to show up to raid on time and repaired. If you're the type of raider I'm interested in playing with you'll be doing these things without being asked. Your goal should always be to improve yourself, to do better than you did previously.
I expect you to do everything in your power to improve yourself outside of raid times when possible. As stated above raid times are only for current coil progression, If you need a drop from a primal it will be farmed outside of raid times. (I and others on the team are more than willing to run Primals all day, so this won't be an issue.)
