A big thank you for this Fanfest

I am writing this from an hotel in London, waiting for my breakfast to arrive.

Me and my gf came from Italy just for this event - and we are extremely happy we did.

While some things could have been organized better, this was the first Fanfest in EU - and things will be smoother in the future.

A very big shout out to all the crew, everyone was incredibly helpful and kind, understanding the needs of the visitors and always smiling.

Also a big thanks to Yoshi-P, who decided to sign some stuff to make up for the long queue for the shop.

All in all, the vibe i got from everything was extremely positive.

Keep it up, guys. You rock.

Yeah, I've complained a bit but only as feedback for future events. Everything I took part in was awesome and it was awesome mixing with other fans.

Also Yoshi-P has an excellent stage presence. I thought the language barrier might make it hard to really connect with the audience but not at all. Koji was similarly awesome as was Soken.

I'Il be at the next one for sure.

Was Sasunaich there? I wanted to thank him in person.

But yeah, it was a great day aside from the Merch shop issues.

Aside from the issues I raised in the suggestions thread, it was a very enjoyable day. Coming through the doors and hearing in-game background music made me smile instantly. So many little things that added up to a fantastic atmosphere.

Thanks for everyone's hard work, really hope we can do it again soon!

It was much the same for me, I had a great experience, never been to any sort of fan fest before and this was a great one to start it off, met a bunch of really cool gamers, got to really immerse myself in a world I already love, the crew were all polite and friendly and the activities were fun, the ending ceremony blew my mind. Loved it! Will definetly make the next fest!

Koji was an absolute show-stealer at the end. Made my day. Him doing Moggle Mog was an absolutely fantastic end to a fantastic day. Thoroughly enjoyed myself! Soken is hilarious too xD

Really though you can't tell me anyone thought 1 cash register at the merch place was a good idea. Some peoplw spent a lot of time in that queue and I think that was unfair. My group were lucky - we went straight after the keynote. Feel sorry for anyone else, that queue was biiiiiiiiig!

Yeah the store was definitely the most annoying part, but you could clearly see how the crew was aware of this and did the best they could to try and be as nice as possible with the customers. I am quite sure they will be ready for it, next time.

A handful of shoppers were lucky (I was one of them), since Yoshi-P decided to barge in the shop suddenly and started signing stuff. Apparently, he was passing near the shop and wondered why there was still such a queue inside - he then decided to do something as a "thank you". I think it was a really nice gesture, as he was not obliged to do so.

Already whinged a bit in the feedback thread but overall I had a blast so I'm posting here, too.
