ETA Time Cash Shop site goes live?

Been scouring the Internet for any info I can on this, but a bit of clarification would be cool from the community, my only confusion is the actuall time of its implementation.

What Time will the FFXIV Item Shop Website/Mog Station Update, go live for sales?
(I'm in dire need of a Fantasia!!! That's my main concern but...Hehe. I might as well get the horse and minions too)

Please leave your opinions on the good and evil of the cash shop aside please, I'm simply looking for an ETA on its arrival so I can buy my last Fantasia, until heavens ward if the race is cool.

Does anyone know if there are any cash shop coupon/codes discounts out there? Like buy 2 get one free, etc.

But I want to indirectly give back to the community. Yoshi-P said that the cash ship is a means for them to give back to the community.

I believe him and thus am looking for great cash shop savings. :D
