Art book - no minion code?

Hey guys.. I bought the art book at the fan fest but I can't seem to locate the bonus code for the airship minion. Am I missing something?

check right at the back, it should be a little card tucked between the last page and the cover. I had trouble finding it first too.

We checked there, we've been through the whole book and even taken the dust sleeve off, there is no code to be found, no little card =[

We spoke to some people on Facebook who described the card and we definitely didn't get one at all. Searched all bags and even checked the receipt just in case. No code anywhere :(

He's contacted support for me (I was half asleep in bed at this point - tiring day!!)

Same issue here - we bought two and one had an insert but the other didn't. :-(

Just wanted to add a thank you to Square Enix's customer support team. They were excellent in this issue and provided my partner with a replacement code for her missing code. So any one else with an issue, please contact the customer support team!

Just got my e-mail today with a replacement code, too! So yeah, thank you very much to them ^_^
