Really badly wanted DRK to be a DPS but I can deal if this means Samurai will be a DPS instead (I wanted SAM Tank more but the thought of BOTH being Tanks puts a bad taste in my mouth).
In review, please make SAM a DPS in lieu of DRK being a Tank.
If both end up being tanks I'll be a sad panda.
Of course, it's your game Yoshi-P & you're the most incredible Director ever possible (sincerely), so I surrender to your direction.
As long as it means Gunner Job comes with a DPS Role at launch (alongside Agent/Chemist if that's your plan, just please don't make us wait even more for a DPS-Gunner too)... ;)

This' basically a request to make SAM a DPS in lieu of DRK Tank, it's inherently different. Similar in title doesn't mean it's the same as the "discuss DRK" or "DRK reaction" threads.

Also, if they have SAM already on the books to release as a job my guess they have already slotted into a party role. So, making another thread just to bargain with nothing other than a plea tends not to do much of the direction. Yoshi and team look at metrics and balance, what do you bring to the table other than opinion to ensure that your idea of SAM would actually work in the game? -

Could go the Ronin route for Samurai and have them go the Rurouni Kenshin route (japanese clothing instead of armor).
